I've been told that people from the equipment companies sometimes monitor this forum.
If they do I have a suggestion for the problem with the machines losing time and the reports being wrong.
Put a feature in the program that lets the user enter the actual blower start time for any given day. This will establish the clock offset for this machine. The program can store this and add/subtract this time for all future reports.
If it is found in the future that the clock has drifted some more, then enter in another actual blower start time, and this becomes the new offset.

Re: Suggestion for Encore Software people
Sounds good to me. I would love to have a way to correct the lost time for the clock. But,as many people that have complained to the company I really don't think they are interested. Seems like the only ones that want it to be right are us users and we don't seem to be very important to them.

You already have that built-in to your computer, just set it to the needed incorrect time and tell it not to update the time from the internet. Jim
Then but a $3.00 stick on clock from wal-mart and stick it too you computer monitor.

Hmmm... Forgive me but I'm not following here. EncorePro assumes that the time on the CPAP is GMT and then checks the time zone on your machine (not the time) for the offset. I don't think it cares what time the computer's system clock is set for, just the time zone.
Re: Suggestion for Encore Software people
I noticed my last download was off by two days.
It was Nov 9th, but my readouts said Nov 11th.
I have never had this happen before and wonder why.
I also cannot find anyplace to reset or chect the date.
There is a setting to select the starting time for your reports.
I cannot remembeer, but it affects the format of the daily report.
I set my starting time as 10 PM.
works for moi.
Anyone else with this date problem?

You can change your start of day within the Encore Pro Program, but you can reset your computer clock to whatever you need to get the time you want on your Encore Pro Printouts. You just have to block the time from being auto corrected from the internet. (what keep the computers poor clock updated to the atomic clock.)
