Any more, the heated humidifier is a given.
Anybody disagreeing is welcome to leave theirs in the box.

It's interesting, though, to see how insurance companies have gone from "comfort item, NOT covered, no way" to "yeah, standard item, pretty much required, covered". It gives me hope that machines with full data capabilities will become the standard in a few more years.
