Me:
-been diagnosed with mainly obstructive apnea since May
-been using an F&P Sleepstyle 200 set to 9cfm
-been using a nasal pillow
-I've noticed from day 1 of using a home cpap machine & nasal pillow that the feeling of pressure & night's sleep were different than in the lab where they had me on a mask & chinstrap.
-I always wondered why
Anyway, that was in Seattle, land of clean air and no allergy symptoms outside of a 2 week period in March. Now I'm in Ontario, with a dog, cat, shitt air, allergies, etc. One nostril is pretty much always closed.
-Here I've had to dose myself with benadryl every night to get a full night's sleep. Allergies are annoying, yo.
-I take melatonin semi-regularly as well
-Upon moving back, noticed right away that 9cfm wasn't enough. Bumped myself up to 10, then 11, with subtle effect.
-Last night, for the hell of it, I bumped myself up to 15cfm. I did take the mask off once during the night (Iater noticed & put it back on) but this morning...
-I feel freaking AWESOME. It's almost like that first night in the sleep study where the next morning I was more alert than I can remember ever being.
So, WTF? Does a little congestion and a mask style change really necessitate raising the pressure to 15cfm? (I raised it as far as it would go without my ears popping)
And,
Would an auto-titrating device compensate for this?

Ok.
Yes it can.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

I would like to adjust the settings on my SleepStyle 200 series (234). How does one do that?
Thanks,

Like this:
- Turn on the HC234.
- Enter programming mode by holding down the "RAMP" (top) button and the "Next" (Right arrow/bottom button) for three seconds.
- The first screen will allow you to set adjust altitude, which is indicated by a drawing of a mountain range on the screen. You can change this to "m" for meters or "ft" for feet by pressing the Up or Down keys. Press the Right Arrow key to allow changing the altitude setting.
- Press the "NEXT" (Right arrow/bottom button) to advance to pressure setting which will be indicated by the characters "cm h20 " on the screen. Use the Up and Down keys to change the pressure setting.
- Lastly, push that bottom button again to exit programming mode.
(5) REMstar Autos w/C-Flex & (6) REMstar Pro 2 CPAPs w/C-Flex - Pressure Setting = 14 cm.
