CPAP.com Experience Positive

Hi everybody,

This morning I had my first experience ordering from CPAP.com. I asked them to price match something but wasn't sure how to go about it. With everything keyed onto the screen, and not knowing if they would match the price, I gave them a call. The woman was so helpful and told me that she would check my order while we were on the phone. She verified the two competitors' prices and matched the price as we spoke. She e-mailed a new invoice to me with the lower price while we were still on the phone. It will be shipped out today. It couldn't have been easier.

I recommend to all who use this forum to support cpap.com. I can't wait for my software and card reader(finally!) and my whisper cap to arrive.

This is payback for my husband breaking his mask last night. I have to drive some distance to the DME to pick up a new one for him. He doesn't know it, but he owes me.

Why did you not purchase from the vendor that offered you the lowest price to begin with?

The main reason, in this case, is because of this forum. In other cases, one vendor may have a better reputation for customer service than another; or maybe it's because I prefer to deal with someone I've satisfactorily bought from before.

I think it's a matter of "good and better" online suppliers. I have ordered from a few but MOSTLY from cpap.com. Their service and stock is the best!

Being in Canada, I am totally impressed by their handling of orders outside the US. I have ordered more thing from them than any other online supplier. The items are great, prices are great, they price match, and shipping to Canada is very reasonable.

I want to second that. They had my cpap machine delivered to my door within 25 hours of placing my order! I was in a hurry to get started and they accommodated.
