How to name a link

When you highlight a copied url and click the "URL" button, it adds code to the post to make it a link. The code starts with and it shows the address of the link. ... eave the "" at the end. It should look like this (without quotes) "["url=posting.php?mode=post&f=1]Name of the link[/url]"

So before looks like this:

and after looks like this:
