cpap.com customer service - big thumbs UP

I ordered a new mask last week - it arrived yesterday

In fitting the mask headgear to me, one of the clips off the headgear broke - it was kind of late last night when I discovered this and I was able to use some first aid tape to solve the problem last night - I didn't last all night with the new mask but that wasn't because of the broken clip

This morning I called cpap.com and they are sending out a replacement clip - I have the tracking number in hand already so it looks like maybe it will be here on Monday or Tuesday - will know more later

When I called this morning I identified who I was and what I had bought, and what the problem was. They actually listened to that (or had caller ID working) as they looked me up without my having to repeat any information about the order. Most outfits I have dealt with you have to tell them a handful of times your name, order number, etc.

I think the reason cpap.com has such outstanding customer service staff is that they are all receiving adequate cpap therapy.

I placed an order for them the day after Ike. And it came lickety split as usual. They are just the best.

I wish they would sell other stuff, too. Like women's shoes.

I have purchased quite a bit from them over the last two years and I've been doing business with them on the PurSleep products and have nothing but good to report.

Very good people. Capable. Excellent customer service. Honest.

Johnny Goodman has done an excellent job creating the online DME business--from scratch. And the forum is an outstanding outgrowth of that business.

cpap.com does practice exceptional Customer Service. Babs is right again, they must be getting adequate O2 to the brain. Keep up the good work.
