In fitting the mask headgear to me, one of the clips off the headgear broke - it was kind of late last night when I discovered this and I was able to use some first aid tape to solve the problem last night - I didn't last all night with the new mask but that wasn't because of the broken clip
This morning I called cpap.com and they are sending out a replacement clip - I have the tracking number in hand already so it looks like maybe it will be here on Monday or Tuesday - will know more later
When I called this morning I identified who I was and what I had bought, and what the problem was. They actually listened to that (or had caller ID working) as they looked me up without my having to repeat any information about the order. Most outfits I have dealt with you have to tell them a handful of times your name, order number, etc.
