Throw 'em out and try this one!

If you want to try your last mask, get a Innomed Nasal Air-II (two). Two long soft tubes "Y" out from your chest back behind your neck forward over your ears and down to a nasal cannula that pops into your nostrils. Make sure you get the next size LARGER than measures and if you press them into your nose, they will stay put. Secure the tubes behind your neck like a girls pony tail and your done. When you get one, throw all the velcro bands away except for one little one that looks like two loops together and slip it over both tubes (so it slides up and down) this is how you will adjust the tension to make if comfortable and it will hold itself in place. Nothing else needed.

You'll never try another, soft, sleep on your side or back or even almost on your stomach, read with glasses and quiet. Just a soft blowing of air out of the ports.

I was unable to wear any other type of mask until I tried this one. I have pleaded with the company to not stop making them. They are great and responsive to any questions or problems that you may have. I do NOT work for them either.....

Unfortunately what works for some, doesn't work at all for others. I tried this mask and didn't like it at all. I worked with it for over a week and couldn't get a reliable seal or a comfortable fitting. Many use this mask and love it, but it won't work for everyone.

So were you able to convince them not to stop making them?

Are they now willing to give you the job?

I also tried this system and had no success with it. I agree that one should throw out the straps. However the seal was poor and uncomfortable. i now use the Headrest system and it is the best so far for me.
