Provigil is like any other drug....It affects EVERYONE a little different....

I've been taking it for 4 months now as an adjunct for the residual sleepiness even though I am on effective APAP treatment for my OSA. I also have chronic fatugue syndrome, work 24 hour shifts, drive alot of hours in a day. It alone does not treat OSA but does help combat the sleepiness that does not go away completely in all CPAP users. I has been a god send for me. I have no Speediness from it and no trouble sleeping when I want to. I take 200 mg a day. Don't ever go off of it suddenly without an order from your Dr.....it really sucks for a few days.

Very anxious to hear about the Nuvigil that is coming out and very anxious for the price to drop too.
