Yeah and blame ~SWS for letting her buy it - I knew you had it for sale for a long time.

But at least it wasn't bundled up in all this bad mortgage paper that's been in the news lately.

That's the sweetest picture of Gracie yet, SAG!!!

Hope you find more excuses and more pictures of her to post.

Wonder what she'll think someday when you tell her how many thousands of people have been watching her "grow up."

Any product manager or "inventor" who knows anything about product development knows to test their product with real user..er, yahoos....through out their production cycle from basic idea to finished product. You create specific requirement, develop specs, test the prototypes, tweak, do quality testing all the way through, etc.

If you are really lucky you get a real bunch of users...sorry, yahoos....who will give you detailed feedback and suggestions. If you do this correctly and thorougly, you can end up with a fantastic product that meets your user's needs. If nothing else, he does not seem to know who his user is, which seems to be a typical problem for companies making cpap equipment. The ulitmate user is the hosehead and all the subgroups of us there are, not the professional communicty. So, the product will ultimately fail or have relatively poor sales.

It's a shame to have such an incredible group of users and not benefit from their input. But to put them down is arrogant, unnecessary and shows ignorance of product deveopment besides being just plain old ordinary rude. The key to good products is working with your users, not insulting them.
Don't be afraid to go out on a limb.
That's where the fruit is.
