Central Hypopnea?

Its been a long time since my last question, I forget just how good this web site is!!!
quick question, any opion on central hypopnea? is it real? could anyone explain it to me?

I guess it's real. The report I got from the sleep lab says I have them. I asked a question about them before which may have answers that would interest you.
