GoodKnight 420G How to change air pressure setting

Post by deadrianf » Sun Sep 14, 2008 9:57 am

Hi All,
I use this machine 2 months now and the pressure is set to 7 (ramp at 4) but the doc said on the last visit it should be chaged to 10 with a ramp at 8.How can I change the setting myself?

thanks

This is for the 420E - I'm sure the instructions are the same for the 420G
Setting the device
To restrict patient access to certain settings on the GoodKnight 420 Evolution, and allow complete access to the settings by the physician or home care provider, a hidden key has been provided on the device. It is located under the letters “Go” in the “GoodKnight” name and detectable to the touch as a hollow.
The parameter values may be changed using the ON/OFF (up) key and Ramp (down) key <snip>

To access the settings, press simultaneously the hidden key and then the Information Access key for one second.
The information key is the one at the very left.

[Edited out a wrong comment about the information key...]
