If Melatonin has stopped working, wouldn't that be a cue it's time to try Capt. Morgan?

Melatonin can be wonderful for those who don't produce enough on their own. It has a reputation of increasing depression for some people. It seems to have more positive than negative outcome for most, but it is not to be taken without consideration if it is right for each person on a case by case basis.
