Glad to see others think it is an eventual posibility to make a self contained mask/unit. I sure hope that it is a reality someday

Ahh, well...maybe the humidity issue could be solved with a teeny, tiny air conditioner- or refrigerator-type condenser?

Generally people are trying to add moisture to the air rather than remove it. Using refrigeration would require huge amounts of power.
