The last few nights after increasing my minimum pressure from 10 to 12 left exhausted during the day. So last night I lowered my minimum pressure to 10.5 and boy did it make a difference. I slept like a rock. This morning I actually feel pretty good too.

I know I should be trying to reduce my apnea events but this is the first time I have zero hypopnea events. I think that is pretty good.

I am pretty sure I will never completely get rid of my vibratory snores. This morning my uvula was very swollen. It is always quite large. I am pretty sure it is the reason I snore even when on therapy.
