Anyone interested in a Comfort Curve and Comfort Gel?

Post by Boomer » Sat Jun 25, 2005 10:58 pm

I have a Comfort Curve and Comfort Gel masks that I obtained from another user here, tried them both just for a short time and the Activa is still the mask for me. If anyone is interested PM me. If you're "strapped", we can work something out.

I don't need your old mask but have you tried the Ultra Mirage?I got a new Activa and was given a used Ultra Mirage by my DME.Since I've only had my machine since Friday I have used each mask one full night and actually prefer the Ultra over the Activa.Of course there are a lot of similarities between the two but the Ultra is less obtrusive and lighter. Both of mine have held their seals through the night.I won't part with either one but I recommend the Ultra over the Activa.

...but have you tried the Ultra Mirage?
No, I haven't, but I do want to get a second mask as a backup and was thinking about the Ultra Mirage. Is yours the nasal mask or full face mask?

I was thinking of getting the FF mask as the backup, to use when I get a cold/flu as I will most likely be mouth breathing due to congestion.

Nasal....I haven't given a FF any thought yet.I have to be at the hospital tomorrow at 10:00am to have 2 stents put in at 1:00pm.I'm going to take my machine with me.I won't have time to clean and let dry whichever mask I wear tonight so I'm going to take the one I'm most comfortable with, the Ultra.

The masks in the original post of this thread are no longer available.

Thanks,
