I like dreaming, but now with the CPAP they are intense, continuous, flow one into the other, and continue even if I wake up enough to go to the bathroom, and I remember them! I feel worse than I've ever felt. I must not be going into deep sleep. REM is *not* the deepest sleep. The first and 2nd nights I feel asleep so easily, slept through the night and didn't get up to pee 3-4 nights like normal. Didn't go until morning. Fell back to sleep easily, slept longer, etc. But by Monday (got mine Thursday), I felt so bad at work I couldn't wait for the day to end. Went immediately to bed to take a nap, something I never try as I have difficulty falling asleep, fell asleep easily and dreamt intense, vivid dreams, woke several times, went right back under and at one point woke up, thought I had gotten up, but I hadn't! I was dreaming that I got up. Woke up sluggish, not feeling that much better. Went to bed early, as per usual, but I don't sleep, I simply lie on the bed as my quiet time. Wanted to try going to sleep 2 hours earlier than normal to catch up, but instead went about 45 minutes earlier for what should have been around 7.5 hours of sleep. Woke up feeling like crap. I've stayed so crappy and fuzzy brain all day. So much so, it's scaring me a little. I feel brain oxygen deprived. I tried eating, etc. to get some energy. I feel brain foggy. I like the CPAP for the feeling of intense sleep, but apparently I'm not actually get any because I'm dreaming all night long and am in constant REM with no deep sleep and feel like I'm getting less air, not more!

Help!!!!

Will this pass? Will I feel worse tomorrow? I can't imagine actually feeling worse! Should I not use it and see if there's a difference? Use it and see if I feel worse than ever? Then not use it. I think if I feel any worse, I'll have to call out sick and stay in bed all day sleeping without the CPAP!!!!!
