Exercises can cure Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

Post by Rich92109 » Wed Jul 30, 2008 3:24 pm

Is anyone interested in curing your obstructive sleep apnea? I know one can become attached to one's CPAP machine but I'm surprised that after I posted the announcement of my new web site http://www.mysleepapneacure.com where you can read about, purchase and down load six simple-to-do exercises that cured my OSA and may cure yours, that more of you haven't responded. I know it sounds simple, six exercises that can cure OSA, but often the simple solution is the best.

Remember stomach ulcers and how an entire medical industry prospered by treating the symptoms and never the cause. Then an Aussie doctor discovered that stomach ulcers are caused by a bacteria and can be permanently cured with common drugs. No more ulcer doctors or clinics.

Just maybe exercises are the cure for OSA, they were mine. And at $19.95 with a money back guarantee, am I missing something or can one be that attached to your CPAP?

I'd be interested in your comments. Thanks.

Wow, just 10 minutes of exercises a day to cure OSA and lose the mask and machine.

Sounds too good to be true.

Have any doctors endorsed your program?

I am curious in your exercise physiology background? How did you come up with these exercises? You don't state on your site. Only that your a member of MENSA which means absolutely nothing except you passed an online IQ test and paid a fee. I do have an exercise background and exercises that would work the neck and throat can also be contra-indicated for various spinal conditions. It would be nice to be assured that you studied this a bit before jumping into treating others.

One last question - the six testimonials on your web site - how did these people determine their apnea was cured? Did they have a PSG? They all seem to state that their belief on a cure is based on the lack of snoring. Snoring is NOT apnea. You can have sleep apnea without snoring.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

LOL. I do face exercises and regular exercise and well nothing has cured it yet. I guess another person wanting to make money of a fake cure.

I tend not to trust anything that is not Peer reviewed. What a wako. LOL

Dear Trying-to-get-Rich-90210,

Interesting post. But, just so you know, spam usually comes from "guest" posts. So it would be better if you unregistered and posted as "guest."

Thanks.

Exercise #6

Stand up straight.
Bend over at the waist.
Put your head between your legs.
Kiss your apnea goodbye.

I went back again to look at those testimonials. Besides not snoring, or "snoring less" in one case, the other sign of health people state is that they are dreaming. It is possible to dream (rem stage sleep) while having sleep apnea. The dreams tend to be more chaotic and fragmented but humans often try to make meaning out of them and will connect the images in their mind and assume they have been dreaming for hours when it was only moments at a time. Reporting dreams does not imply healthy sleep architecture. It does mean you have some REM sleep. It does not mean you have the three to five REM phases along with the stage three and four deep sleep that a healthy person has nightly.

How about a trial run?

Post by kteague » Wed Jul 30, 2008 4:56 pm

Others have come here with items that could benefit cpap users, such as SleepGuy. He has offered a free product trial to groups of people and asked for honest reviews.

As a gesture of good will, that approach is something you might want to consider. I'm sure you'd have no problem finding candidates, and would be given a fair shake, in spite of your site's lacking of anything persuasive.

I doubt anyone loves cpap more than they would love a cure. Throwing out a dig at intelligent people in an attempt to manipulate them into trying your product is not the way to win anyone over.

My work server blocks me from the website. Must be porn.

How much does it cost? Earl Schieb will paint my entire care for $99.99. How much to cure my apnea? Any more than that, and I'm sure it's a ripoff. (BTW, any LESS than that, is also a ripoff....)

Maybe you should team up with that "Apneic" porn star Rooster was touting last week and create some cyber synergy there.

LOL,
