[quote="Slinky"]Aw, come on guys, IF the patient encounters a GOOD local DME supplier AND there ARE some good ones out there, then as a newbie they usually ARE better of starting locally as they gain experience and their education here.

BucsFan's hubby's sleep lab is obviously pretty progressive and a good one, they advised them to come here. Chances are good that the local DME supplier could be a good one too.

BucsFan, your hubby's script sounds a bit confusing. Bi-Flex would indicate a bi-PAP, but only one pressure setting, 21, confuses the issue as a bi-PAP would require two pressure settings.

I'm sure the DME supplier will contact the sleep lab or sleep doctor for clarification.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

I'm not even gonna bother to go back and search for the posts from those who have encountered a good local DME supplier, DreamStalker. There are quite a few. Not as many as those of us who have encounterd local sheisters, but then WE are the ones who NEEDED to find cpaptalk BECAUSE of the sheister local DME suppliers.

Slinky does the post say 21/17?

Thanks, 6PtStar. I didn't go back to the first post in this thread which does indeed say 21 and 17. I only went back as far as a post in the middle where it says 21 +

Yup, its a bi-level being scripted then!!! Bi-PAP is Respironics proprietary name for a bi-level. Resmed's proprietary name for their bi-levels is VPAP. Had me confused at first 'cause I'd always heard bi-PAP too not realizing it was a proprietary name and the correct term was bi-level. Duh on me!
