bells & whistles or worthwhile?

Anyone out there found that the ambient tracking plus feature on the FP cpap/apaps makes much difference in their quality of comfort? Less rainout? More comf humidifying? Just bells and whistles to sell the machine???? Terry

I used the F&P HC150 heated humidifier with ambient tracking prior to getting a REMstar machine (with it's own integrated humidifier) and have not notice a difference. The bell and whistle that will give you the most bang for your buck regarding heated humidification is the aussie heated hose.
