There are a few products, Citrus II, Respiclean. Anyone using this? I think there is another also, but the name eludes me. I have always done the hypoallergenic soap (not antibacterial) and not have a problem, but YMMV.

The main thing here is, ACTIVA! Resmed specifically states not to use certain things on this particular mask as it is made of, among other things, neoprene and using such chemicals will damage the materials it is made of. So while you may be able to clean other masks with things such as alcohol and vinegar, etc., I am not positive that using those things on this type of material is safe.
I am going to continue to try to get through to them no matter how hard it is. I guess we can all offer suggestions but won't know for sure what the answer is unless we go to the source. Thanks to everyone for their input.

Mikesus, thanks. This is the same as the video I got with the Activa, on the CD that came with it. It doesn't mention anything about getting a secondhand mask, though, and what to use in that situation. I never thought I'd even buy one, but I have. What did I do???

Mikesus, I guess disinfecting is more what I would be looking to do, rather than routine cleaning.
