Everything these folks are saying about the breeze are the same things I hear from the patient's I've fit. Those that love it, love it. Those that that hate it, hate it. To be perfectly honest, the pillow sizes do make a difference (i've used large for smaller nostrils to help prevent leaking). if a nasal pillow system leaks, it's better to go to larger pillows than it is to "tighted it down", when you tighten down nasal pillow or direct seal devices you get pain in/on your nose. The heagear is a little limited with it's adjustments and like restedgal's picture, the lower you have the black strap the better it will stay on your headed. it's held on with a tension type of device and sometimes i've found that the tension can not be extended far enough for some people. the tension device can slide at night, so taping it once you find the perfect notches is a good idea to prevent waking up frustrated in the middle of the night. like all masks, you won't know until you've slept with it for a few nights if it's the mask for you. the biggest complaint from patient's is pain on the upper lip or end of nose if it doesn't fit them properly. As for the swift, I do get complaints from people who roll from side to side, they complain it leaks a lot, so i've stopped giving it to people who do that because of that reason - unless they really insist on trying it. I've never ordered from either...may be cheaper after all to order whole thing. Then you'd have extra parts. Also call CPAP.com and ask them if they offer it as well. They sponsor our forum and are great to work with.

Joyce, if people are having trouble with the Swift leaking when turning from side to side they are doing one of two things. Not having the straps loose enough or not using a large enough nasal pillows. the way the pillows inflate, you should be able to move the barrel of the Swift in every direction without their being a leak within about 1/2 inch or so. Try it.
