ironing board clips?

Post by kharyssa » Mon Jul 21, 2008 5:57 pm

Hey sleepydoll - thanks for the idea. Only, I haven't iron in forever (heck I don't think I own an iron, much less a board). Do you mean those garter belt looking straps that are sometimes sold to hold sheets on mattresses?

I hammered the kind of "nail with hook" used for pictures into the wall above my pillow.
Tied a shoelace to a hair scrunchy, created a loop in the shoelace to hang it on the hook, and can remove the whole thing from the hook in a minute - the scrunchy and shoelace stay naturally stuck to the snuggle hose covered hook.

You can do something similar to Ozij's idea with a Command Strip Hook, if you're worried about making holes in the wall.

Rested Gal does something similar with a plant hanger attached to the wall.

I found something very cheap on Ebay being sold to as a hose hanger. Cost me less than $20. Haven't seen that guy posting in a while. He might have gone out of business.

You could always make the boyfriend sleep on the floor. Other posters here have reported that their wives make them sleep in mold infested basements. Tell him he's lucky he gets to sleep on the bedroom floor.

he can stay in the bed, but I'll take the mask off and snore at him all night. That's torture enough. LOL
