I'm convinced that being routinely smothered by my cat in high school directly led to my sleep apnea.

My poor airway never had a chance to GROW and EXPAND!

LOL,

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

Now, now - this thread is about restless cat syndrome. Catapnea is a whole different syndrome.

Not to change the subject or anything - but why are your cats outside all night? I thought that went out a long time ago. It certainly isn't safe and I'd make sure they're indoors (full time), but also close my door to get some sleep, or else let them in to keep you warm. My guys sleep with me, and it's great, really miss them when they leave for any reason.

Julie, I live on a farm in the middle of nowhere. The nearest road besides my driveway is way out of their range - even if they hiked for two days. My cats have a job and they need to be outside when the rats and mice are. Anyway, the point was a joke. It is important to me to be silly and light at times. It sucks to have sleep apnea and being able to laugh makes it bearable at times.
