For some, a deviated septum is problematic. For others, it's a non-issue. It really depends on your particular circumstance. There have been a number of posts on deviated septi on the forum. Do a search on 'deviated septum' (click 'search for all terms'.) Then do one on 'septoplasty', then 'turbinate reduction', then 'hollow nose syndrome.' You'll get a rounder idea of what others on the forum have been through.

Yes, a deviated septum "CAN" cause difficulties adjusting to CPAP therapy. It depends, of course, how deviated it is.
