Thanks Derek. Your charts are very helpful in analizing my Encore Pro downloads. I especially like the AHI to Pressure chart. It really helps me see the APAP range that works best for me.

tzpap,
1) I believe that you have solved your Encore Pro installation problem...
2) There is no source code for MyEncore on the download side (I hope ).
The file to download is myencore.msi, which is a Microsoft Installer file. You download it, and then double-click on it to install.
Regards,
Derek

Plug the reader in before you start up your computer.or plug it in and restart. Some systems require a boot up on start and will not recognize the reader if plugged in later.....

Many thanks again Derek

I have downloaded your new version of MyEncore software and I am looking forward to using it with a view to getting the best from my remstar auto.

Thankyou also for giving those of us hoping to adopt a more pro-active role in our sleep apnoea management, an additional tool to help make 'things' a lot clearer and at the same time much more colorful and attractive!

Derek, I keep getting "cannot access encore pro" when trying to download MyEncore. Any suggestions? I have version 1.5i encore? Thank you!

I bet you have the old version of MyEncore, which you are trying to use with the new version of Encore Pro. I did the same thing a few weeks ago.

Uninstall your current MyEncore and follow this link to download and install the new version of MyEncore: viewtopic.php?t=6057&highlight=

Derek,

How do I determine what version of .Net to download on my computer?
