Your dizziness is very similar to the "Chronic Subjective Dizziness" (CSD) I had prior to being diagnosed with sleep apnea.
xPAP fixed this plus several other minor medical issues. Prior to xPAP a low dose of SSRI medication was very effective.
Very few doctors are familiar with CSD.
I just noticed this thread started in 2008 so the above is only relevant to the initial post.
