AHI of 1.7 is great.

As far as the leak: check your Quattro literature. There is a vent flow chart in it. See what the allowed vent rate is for the Quattro at your set pressure. Then you'll know if your 36 L/M is good, bad or so so.

Yeah, the chart seems to indicate that should be virtually zero leakage.

There is a notation that says there is some variance due to manufacturing tolerances.

I am very happy with the numbers. 1.7 AHI is like wooooo! when you're initial sleep study (where you slept light and for only 3 hours) showed an AHI of 40.

That's exciting info, keeps me stoked to keep on track with therapy so I can start to feel better.

And THAT is something we just can NOT seem to get thru the THICK skulls of some of these "educated idiots" in the sleep profession!!

Even IF we aren't doing welll w/our CPAP therapy, especially those new to CPAP, it bolsters our confidence in our self appraisal that we still aren't sleeping well to have and SEE the PROOF and gives us something to take to our sleep professionals to PROVE our point.

I actually slept 5.5 hours last night str8 through and when the alarm went off, I still wanted to keep the mask on, roll-over and fall back asleep. Still tired, but I feel like I am getting into a deeper sleep when I do sleep. I used to wake up at the drop of a pin because I was sleeping so lightly.
