Mask Guarantee? Almost

Post by Guest » Mon Jun 13, 2005 5:04 pm

I come across this site while looking for a Hans Rudolph FF. The price for the mask was $35 less than anywhere else but what really caught my eye was their "No-Fault Guarantee". Basically if the first mask you buy doesn't workout they will sell you another at their cost.

It's not as good as a refund but at least it's better than Sorry Charlie. And no I am not affiliated with that site. %-)

Would you please share the site? I am having trouble finding a dealer carrying the Hans Rudolph FF mask.

That's OK. cpap.com does not carry the Hans Rudolph line of masks.

Bandwidth cost money

Even if cpap doesn't sell the mask -- still tacky.

Believe me, this happens all the time and Cpap.com is very understanding of it unless it is the person selling it that pushes it. I remember when the Comfort Curve came out, there was another internet seller that was offering a money back guarantee and much was said and many pushed to buy from them. Our sponcers never batted an eye evewn though they did not match it. They are classy and they pretty much let us self police this forum unless it is very blatant.

All is well

What is tacky about one member pointing another in a direction to find something needed for health and well being?

maybe its the wording

Post by tbone106 » Mon Jun 13, 2005 9:36 pm

Maybe it should have said,

You know, I purchased an item from such and such, didn't like it, but they let me order another and only charged me cost.

If your interested, PM me and I'll get your the address.

Just my .02 cents....

I guess I just love this place too much to have other DEALERS ruin it for people -- I have seen it before..

CPAP is popular, lets advertise on there....

As I said in my first post, I have no affiliation with the other site site. I'm sure you won't believe me but you are free to believe whatever you choose. As a matter of fact, I found the other site as a result of a post on this very forum. Before I posted, I carefully looked through this site to see if it would be in violation of any rules or guidelines of cpaptalk. If my post does, I apologize, remove it but just give me a link to the page that says it so I can "play by the rules".

cpap.com does not handle the Hans Rudolph line of equipment so it should be of no competition to them. I thought the purpose of this forum was to help others. It appears that I succeeded in at least one case (sorry for using you as an example Newsgrouper).

As for as mentioning their "No-Fault Guarantee", there has been so much belly aching going on about "mask returns", even Johnny says in the The Mask Return Dilemma. Some thoughts.thread, "Tell me what you think of this and send me more ideas!". Here's another idea!

Well tbone106, "How do you know what THE COST IS?". I guess you'd just have to trust them but you probably wouldn't believe them any more than you believe me when I say I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEIR SITE.

I have supported the sponsor of this site with my business. In fact my Aura was the the only piece of equipment not purchased from them and that was because they were out of stock. Unless you can say that you have never gotten any of your cpap equipment from any other source, including a DME, don't call this kettle black.

Guys, don't let this mushroom, no violation was done here. Other site are mentioned all the time. Just blatant advertising on thjis sight will get you black listed by Johnny Gooman. This list is important to all of us. Anybody that does business with cpap.com will remain loyal. They are the best.
