Mask Questions

Although Mr Wulf is usually correct about everything, I'm not from Invacare!

Well, guess that means I'm not going to get any info about the Invacare mask then , darn it.

But why the secrecy about your company? I would think you'd be proud to announce who you work for. I think it's great you're soliciting information if you are trying to make masks better for us, but it is kind of weird to not answer the questions about which company you represent, IMHO.

Heh, heh........well, I said it was a "guess". But, my offer still stands if you want to contact me or if you or your company (whichever one it may be) wants to get serious about mask design(s).

For most people, "the mask" can be one of the biggest obstacles to overcome in this therapy. I just wish ALL of the companies involved in this therapy would take the "end user" (customer) more seriously.
It seems kind of ironic that we don't "exist" (since they consider the DMEs to be their customers).......EXCEPT when they want input from us on how to design a better product. The irony being that they have all of those high-paid designers and engineers who probably have never had to sleep with this stuff attached.......and the people who COULD help design the products don't exist....... (except on the user forums sharing ideas and where the manufacturing company employees are hiding in the bushes reading)
