Ram, I certainly have had more informative and helpful contacts w/Resmed than w/Respironics but .....

I can remember when I REALLY RESENTED Resmed and their MAP and software restriction policy. But eventually their easy LCD data access and excellent, pleasant support contacts won me over (it helped that I found a way to get the software and cable reader at a reasonable price despite their policy on its sale to patients ).

I did have a pre-M Series Auto w/C-Flex and got excellent therapy w/it and quite frankly, liked it - except by that time I had been "spoiled" by the easy access to more data on the Resmed S8 Elite and while not a big hassle when traveling the Resmed was so easy to set up whilst yuo had that darn third "piece" w/the Respironics humidifier setup .....

I guess I'm just the lazy type and the Resmeds just make everything so much easier. Data access via the Respironics LCD isn't all that "difficult" nor is the extra third "piece" setting up the integrated humidifier w/the Respironics but w/the Resmeds both are just so easy ..... I'm spoiled!
