Yes, I got mine last night.

Unfortunately, Brett did not BCC the mailing list, so now everone's address is out there. Well, in my case, at least the J's are.

People, I owe you a HUGE apology on the newsletter. I paid a good amount of $$ several months ago for my website people to add a Newsletter module to the website. They broke it last month and I've been having fits getting this newsletter out. Well, rather than fix the problem it looks like the website people batched email addresses into Outlook and sent out the newsletter.

I am so hot about this that it's all I can do to wait till 8am when they open (in 34 minutes) to start chewing on them on the phone. I am going to fire them and migrate the whole newsletter over to an online service that does newsletters for a living.

I am extremely sorry about this. Of course I am responsible for the actions of people working for me but at this point all I can do is to fire them and get a new service.....

So there should be quite a few of those little PAP-Cap Chinstraps floating around out there by now and I'd be glad of feedback--good, bad, indifferent...especially now as I am tweaking the Product Guide, Tips&Tricks, design, etc. You have my undivided attention.

Johnny Goodman saw it at Sleep2008 and apparently has decided to take a "wait and see" approach before deciding to pick up the product, so I'd also like to see feedback for him. Of course with any new product a few rounds of design tweaks can also be expected, so bring it on!
