Smart card error code

I didn't know that. But it has got to be aflex cuz we determined the card & reader both work. So that error must mean an incompatible card format. And that's why it begins to read.

what version Encore Pro

what model was her old machine (and if it was m series or tank/legacy)

what model is her new machine (aflex or cflex APAP)

Answer to error code in case anyone has this code again:

It was a software problem. Encore Pro 1.6 had worked with my previous APAP w/cflex. Had to get Encore Viewer for my new APAP w/aflex. It's similar but the graphics and fonts are not as nice.
