Well, just to throw a little support over to the original poster, there are a lot of non Mk.II Resmed machines out there. So at least from that POV it's still useful. Agree about the Vista thing, but I'm not sure how many people are transitioning to Vista as I am still using XP Pro.

I think the other thing is that the software is so hard to get in the U.S. to begin with. I have not seen one on line place beyond cpap.com that even sells it - and they are still selling 3.3! Does anyone in the U.S. have a version beyond 3.3 that was purchased in this country? That plus Resmed's refusal to upgrade for any patient who happens to own the software means there may still be a reasonable value to the poster's offering. Maybe not at the original price, but how easy is it to acquire the alternative?
