First Night with Swift LT

Post by jdwilson16 » Sat Jun 07, 2008 10:32 am

I have only been on CPAP for about 3 weeks. I used the Swift II in the sleep study and was prepared to use it at home until my DME suggested the Opus 360 since I sleep on both sides during the night. I liked the Opus 360 except that it caused minor sores on my nares no matter what I tried. Anyway, as soon as I saw the Swift LT, I called my DME and they ordered one for an exchange and I picked it up yesterday. If the Opus 360 is better, then the Swift LT is great. Only one night, but the fit was better, fewer leaks and I could move around much more without causing leaks and adjustments. Last night I allowed myself to sleep for almost 10 hours using CPAP and no soreness from the Swift LT (except for what is healing from the Opus 360). Much more comfortable to wear and it has more ability to adjustment angle and fit. This one is a keeper for me.
