And though I still haven't had that magic morning (like after titration), I still feel a whole lot better than I did before treatment!!!!
Way to go goose! :)

I am closing into my third year on the hose...and it is funny how just when you think you hit as best as it is going to get, it gets better.

The other morning, I found myself sleeping partially on my stomach, face down on the pillow. I haven't done that in years...wow what a great sleep. My mask didn't leak at all and no pressure points. 10 hours of sleep Friday/Saturday!!!

That first sleep with your tank or titration is really memorable; as is anything that is "your first time" Enough said!!!

Thanks SleepyDoll.....
Welcome to the forum -- if you haven't found it yet -- the yellow lightbulb (our collective wisdom) and the red balloon (CPAP FAQ) will provide you with incredible information!!! It will also provide lots of humor -- search on "Mike Moran".....

Your year will be up before you know it...I know mine kind of flew by!!!!

I have learned soooooo much from this group it's amazing. It's also become a family. We all have a common affliction with very diverse methods of dealing with it and not shy about sharing our ideas, feelings, and methods -- can't help but learn a lot of good stuff.....

We have our disagreements but for the most part it's all a civil discussion -- we all realize that what works for one won't necessarily work for another.....

You've found a great place to commiserate.....

Take care
cheers
