I use Dawn Simple Pleasures detergent to wash my mask. Still clear and sticky three months later. Since Lincurse can't seem to stop my once a month hose delivery, I have yet to clean my hose. As far as the humidifier, I haven't cleaned it at all and it is still clear as the day I got it.

I use a very dilute shampoo on my mask and face daily. The best shampoo I've used was the Costco clear that was very inexpensive. Didn't have all the stuff in it, but they are selling some wheat based stuff now so am using what my wife bought.

Somebody here suggested using rice in the tank mix as an abrasive. Sounds right but don't let it down the drain! I was my tank kinda weekly and rinse it when it needs filling. I let it get low before filling for that reason. I use vinegar and once tried a final rinse with dilute mouth wash - ugh!

I have rinsed the hose in vinegar solution but want to use a scrubber to run through it. It's a bit of a hassle so I don't do it often like I should.
