Rob, it never ceases to amaze me at the people that put up with this treatment with the wrong settings and never realize that their therapy could be significantly improved. Mine was titrated at 7cm but requires 10.5 to be effective. Get a data capable machine and software just to be sure that you get feedback and can regulate your therapy.
