Gasping for breath

I was in the same situation, bookwrm.

The I decided I would only check the tape. In broad daylight, in the bathroom, looking myself in the mirror, not evern wearing pjs. Just check. It was not a decision to use it at night. It was more something like this: "OK, I couldn't stand the nasal masks. I love the nasal pillows mask, a full face mask sounds dreadful. Tape sound horrifying - but it is used by peopel I have learned to trust on this forum. Nothing can happen from checking it in front of the bathroom mirror. That does not me commit to using it."

So I checked how I felt with my mouth taped.

And only after I knew how it felt could I decide to try it at night.
