How do you change pressure settings

Remstar plus here with only 3 buttons (pre flex I assume).

Anyway, I bought a barely used unit as a backup and for traveling. I need to adjust the previous owner's 9 cm to my 10.5cm.

I tried the plug in while holding the ramp and humid buttons. I get no beep to get into the clinician mode. I can change the ramp and humid temp by holding down their respective buttons until the dispaly flashes. I can also change the alitutde setting

It appears there's another "secret code" to get to the pressure adjustment. Anyone know what it might be?

Well..I don't see an edit button (first time here).

I found the "secret code". Hold all 3 buttons down while plugging in. That will unlock the various clinician features. Otherwise it works as described above (up, down, scroll/accept)

Weird...both my machines require all 3 buttons pressed while plugging in in order to unlock the settings.

Sorry I noticed this topic is about Rem-star but I can only find info on the rem-star where can i find instructions to change settings on a polaris 9900??

My doctor showed me how to change the pressure on my CPAP (though I already knew from reading posts here). I was having trouble with my low pressure - feeling of suffocation - and he thought I could try raising it a bit to see if that helped.

He's a cool doc, though... Whenever he gets new equipment, he'll try sleeping with it at home to get a feel for what his patients will have to go through (he doesn't have apnea himself.) I couldn't imagine voluntarily using CPAP...
