sleeping with mouth open... quick fix?

but the strap... for most people... doesn't stop them from leaking air out of their mouth.

I didn't mention a chin strap because the ones that I tried were all a disaster. They slipped and slid on my hair, came off in the night, smelled very rubbery (that was the Tiara Ruby) and was, in general, not acceptable to the good sleep habits that I was trying to establish. Image

Many others agree with me, but some HAVE found chinstraps to be effective. More power to you, if that works for you. We all have to find our own answers.

I use Hypafix dressing retention sheet, 2" wide. It's kind of expensive, but it really sticks, stays put, comes off easily, and doesn't irritate my skin. I've been using this for a year and a half, and I haven't had any trouble with it.
