[quote="yardbird"]OK well I tried the bend-it-in-a-V and leave it in one piece method last nigt. It was firmly attached to my BOTTOM lip this morning but the top was dry and my mouth was open.

weird

I'm going to keep at it because my numbers (and my SLEEP) are so much better when I can keep my mouth shut. I have the Ultra Mirage, but it's still new for me and I have an absolutely horrible time keeping it from leaking.

Not totally the mask... I think I just move around a lot.

So I'll keep going with the polident strips. There's probably some "magic" in the application method that I'm missing.

I almost think I have to be doing the blowfish boogie. I wet the strip and then splash water on my lips before I stick it on. I have to be blowing it open.

I bought a roll of that white... almost like ace bandage stuff that only sticks to itself. Was going to wrap THAT around my face tonight. I like the terycloth headband idea though. Just wear 'em and toss 'em in the laundry. How hot is that in the summer time?

I made it thru last summer OK. We have a ceiling fan in the bedroom, so that helps. You are right about just throwing them in the wash and everythings fine.

well the wrap thing didn't really work. It stayed on just fine but I still had the top of the polident strip unstuck this morning. .. I think..... I'll have to look at the numbers when I get home from work.

Tried a wide strip of tape this morning before my shower to see how that might work. Only pulled out a few moustache hairs when removing (ouch) and wherever I have moustache... it really ain't stuck to my skin.

I would suggest new ones in that they aren't overly stretched out.

I find the paste in a tube works quite well, and I put tape over that. Messy though. Hate the goo in the morning.

I use high humidity, I think that makes the polygrip fail during the night.

headbands are all too small for my big head, make my teeth hurt.
