Little known VA secret?

The VA has come a loong way thru the years. I too have met some outstanding docs and received some excellent care from the VA.

My point was about continuing to improve on a process. Or maybe I simply didn't understand why the process is the way it is.

It certainly wasn't intended to be a political rant or statement.

Just hoping to somehow leave the place a tad better than how I found it.

That "4hour window" really made me laugh all day thinking about it. How true!!!!!
