Thanks snoredog, I was thinking along those same lines. I was titrated at 9 but never felt that that was enough. This week I am on 10.5 cpap and see what my numbers are. It seems to me they are better on cpap than auto for some reason. Auto always seem to come out at an avg of 5 ahi or so. Could the a flex do that? I seem to notice a distinct difference between c and a flex.
