New DME HR SIZE GOOF

I am very upset with the DME this morning.
They ordered the HR for me but the idiot ordered the wrong size. I am so glad I asked to try the mask on in the office. What a bummer, I needed a Small but they had me try a medium.
I felt comfortable in that mask. Felt better on, but it was just a little to big.
The price for the whole unit is 220.00
Not bad I didn't think.
