right there is your problem:

Mirapex
Avapro
Diltiazem
Metformin
Furosemide
Tramadol
Pulmicort (Been off Prednisone 1 month)
Glaucoma eyedrops (Avant & Travast - sp?)
Tylenol

I'd stop relying so much on pharmacy and get off that crap, even Tylenol is not good taking it every day.

2 days off of the Naproxen Sodium & Ibuprofen and my ankles look better. I hope this is not premature, I wanted to give it a week or so. But I am happy to say, so far today, they do look better.

Who'da thunk it??

fastest way there is to get pain relief medication directly into your bloodstream, spraying it under your tongue, they have melatonin that dissolves under your tongue for the same reason.

That stuff was created by a doctor, should look again, many of those are testimonials are from doctors, why is a testimonial found in a medical journal article any different?

FYI: they also have that spray for dogs you spray it in their water (as seen on TV!)

I can't take Ibuprofen, it counters the effect aspirin has I use as a anti-platelet agent instead of Plavix, then it can increase hypertension which I also have so I avoid it.

Yesterday & today I have not noticed the usual edema esp. before going to bed. The other posting was prob a bit premature but I think my ankles are back to normal now.

Guess it takes a while for the meds to work their way out of the body. If your having a problem give it a week or ten days after stopping the meds.
