I have a Remstar Pro. It is almost 3 years old. Last night it woke me with a steady beep - no air coming through. Error message read "System Error 14 Motor current". I tired unplugging it and plugging it in again several times but still got the error message and sometimes it was "System Error 15 Motor Locked". I finally gave up and went to sleep without out it. Neeedless to say I am exhausted today. I will call my provider today but wondered if anyone here had any idea what's wrong. I was without it most of the night and could hardly sleep, I'm so used to it. Would appreciate your comments. Thanks.

It sounds to me like the bearings in the blower motor may have gone bad, or something in the blower itself has caused the motor to lock up. Are the intake filters in place? Also, make sure that no water or vapor from the heated humifier gets back into the unit, I make it a point to back the unit , (Remstar) away from the humidifier inlet whenever the water is hot, and the blower is off.
