Respironics software&card reader or Silverlining?

Installation:
- Silverlining installs easily and runs without a glitch. USB to serial adapter needed with some computers though.
- Encore is PITA (a pain) to install.
Data Viewing:
- Encore provides easily understandable data.
- Silverlining data is more complex, not as nicely formatted as Encore, fly by seat-of-pants navigation required.
Data thoroughness:
- Silverlining appears more thorough, provides direct indication of central apnea.
- Encore doesn't really provide indication of central apneas except somewhat indirectly after Non-responsive flag has been set.
Both programs are extremely helpful for resolving issues related to therapy. Kinda hard to argue that one is better than the other.
