Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone else gets ear pain from cpap. If I lay on my right side, my ear hurts after about an hour or so of cpap use. It is enough to wake me up. It is only the right side. I am still not sleeping solidly with the cpap, waking up every hour or two as it is, but keep trying to adjust. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance, you are all the best help I have had with this!

Yes cpap does cause ear pain - it is an infection of the middle ear.
I went deaf in my left ear because of it - this was treated with Prednisone but it kept coming back. I finally got rid of it by going onto Autopap so that the overall pressure was reduced. Usual advice is to have a rest away from cpap if you can.
