Where do you guys buy CPAP items in Vancouver, Canada?

I think this is kinda a no brainer. If you live in Vancouver, then order from CPAP.com. Have it either shipped back home or to one of the mail order places in Blaine or Point Roberts.

Most DME's are a major rip off, Vital Aire is one of those. Unless things have changed from a few years ago, Vital Aire's service and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired.

You can also check out Clinical Sleep Solutions at various locations in Metro Vancouver.

Jules, I havent tried to make a claim on replacement masks I have purchased 3 others since I have had my machine before settling on the Activa Mirage. Oh the darn money that's gone.

Next mask I am going to try to claim it. I would like to try a Comfort full 2 face mask. Sometimes I have sinus issues and a full mask I can breathe through mouth if I have to.

We must have the same insurance. Mine here in Ottawa also says "when reasonable". So when is reasonable? I'll admit that I tend to keep a mask far too long, though.
