I know full well this is a "NO NO" is most circles...however I promise I'm not trying to commit a crime here BUT I've had a mess dealing with my DME. My DME is about 30 mile from my home and is a real hassle getting there...then you have to almost fight with the people BUT that's another story.......My pressure setting on my Tranquility Bilevel is supposed to be 18/14 ....but (according to the DME) ....it's only pushing out 13/10. All I want to do is try it at 18/14 like it was 4 years ago. The bottom of my machine has 3 buttons. One has an "M" next to it while the other two have arrows. (one pointing up and the other pointing down) I'm really afraid to mess with it. Can anyone help me with this ? PM me if you would rather not post this type info here Thanks
Rich

Hi Rich,
Don't be so quick to feel as though your doing something wrong. It's only the DMEs protecting their money supply who want to keep you "dumb" about how to operate your equipment.
I bought my machine online and it came with all the info on how to make any adjustment. I can even hook it up to my computer and turn it on and off and make adustments and monitor it while it's running just like my own little sleep lab. Not that I've actually done that - two sleep studies were enough for me
Hopefully someone out there has the info you need and should feel free to provide it to you.
